At 2:06 p.m. Dec. 21, Melrose Police responded to West Emerson Street on a report of an hit-and-run accident. A person flagged down a police cruiser about the accident.
A 32-year-old Malden woman was summonsed on charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license and leaving the scene of property damage.
