Malden To Wrap Up Concert Series Tuesday

MALDEN, MA — Malden will hold a belated finale to its Summer Concert Series on Tuesday, hosting the Reminisants at Malden City Hall Plaza.

The event is set for Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Reminisants come to Malden as a self-described “oldies cover band,” having toured throughout New England for various charity and community gigs dating back to the early 1970s.

They were scheduled to play the Malden Summer Concert Series on Aug. 23. That show was canceled, however, and rescheduled to this week.

The Summer Concert is sponsored by the office of Malden Mayor Gary Christenson in memory of Malden’s Sal Khan.
