New Japanese Restaurant in Malden
The restaurant promotes a casual atmosphere and features Japanese tapas, sushi and many other flavorful dishes at a reasonable cost.

MALDEN, MA. - On behalf of the city, Mayor Gary Christenson welcomed a new business this week at the official ribbon cutting of Sousaku Bistro Japanese Tapas and Bar,166 Eastern Ave.

~~そうさく - sousaku - 創作 - production or creation work “sousaku” can be translated from Japanese to mean “production or creation work” in English. The Japanese kanji for “sousaku” is 創作. In Japanese, 創作 is read as そうさく. “sousaku” is a level 2 noun in Japanese.”
Restaurant owners Aiden Pan and Chef Boky Chu, natives of Taiwan along with Lewis Lai from Hong Kong all share a similar vision, according to city officials.

The new owners made considerable improvements to the infrastructure of the building in an effort to improve the overall appearance and create an inviting and welcoming space. With their unique twist on Japanese food, according to city officials, they pride themselves on serving only the freshest of ingredients that they “stir fry into delicious melodies of tastes and colors.”
