 Kaitlin E. Dempsey of Mansfield has been selected for inclusion on the Dean's List for academic achievement during the spring semester at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. 

Mansfield resident, Julie Clayman, graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in justice studies from James Madison University during the May 2012 commencement exercises.

Dr. Linwood H. Rose, who is stepping down as president of the university June 30, spoke at the ceremony Saturday, May 5, 2012 in Harrisonburg, Va. Rose conferred degrees to approximately 3,567 undergraduate students and 558 graduate students at his final commencement exercises as JMU's fifth president.

 Matthew Brian Collins of Mansfield has been named to the Dean's List at Clemson University for the spring 2012 semester.

Collins is majoring in Pre-Business.

To be named to the Dean's List, a student achieved a grade-point average between 3.50 and 3.99 on a 4.0 scale.
