Mansfield’s Bryan Hurley scored twice in the fourth period, unassisted the first and assisted by Kevin Flynn on the second. Franklin slowed down on scoring during the last period but was intent to keep Mansfield on their toes. The game ended 15-4.
Mansfield head coach Tim Frias said that penalties in this game were crucial, and Mansfield couldn’t keep their full team in the game.
