Marblehead Variations 2023 Exhibit Set To Open At King Hooper Mansion
The Marblehead Arts Association juried exhibit of work from photographers and artists from across the country runs April 22 through June 18.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — An annual juried exhibition of photography and artwork from across the country will be on display during the Marblehead Arts Association's "Variations" exhibit starting this weekend.
The exhibit in its eighth year, which is open to the public, runs from April 22 to June 18 in the six galleries of the King Hooper Mansion. Artists from across the country, representing a diversity of styles and media, were invited to participate in the eight-week exhibit of 2D and 3D work.
Three respected judges from the Harvard Museum of Art, the Griffin Museum of Photography and the Fuller Craft Museum juried the works for acceptance and judged for prizes. Awards will be made in the categories of Fine Arts, Photography and 3D work.

An award ceremony will be held during the Opening Reception on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m.
The exhibit is open to viewing in person on Wednesdays through Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Artwork and photography are also available to be seen on the MAA website here.
