U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton To Host 10th Veterans Town Hall In Marblehead
The event is designed to provide a forum for veterans to share the pride, grief, or quiet appreciation of life that war bestowed upon them.
MARBLEHEAD, MA — U.S. Rep. Seth Moulton will mark the 10th anniversary of his annual Vets Town Hall with the public forum for veterans and those who wish to learn from their stories returning to Marblehead's Abbot Hall on Monday.
The event will take place at 1 p.m. with veterans invited to share the pride, grief, or quiet appreciation of life that war bestowed upon them, and for non-veterans to listen and to learn fro their stories.
The North Shore event, conceived by "Perfect Storm" author Sebastian Junger, has become a model for similar events across the country where veterans share their stories of service and sacrifice for their communities. Veterans of any area are invited to stand before their neighbors and friends and share a story or experience from during or after their service.

Non-veterans are encouraged to attend the event, to listen, and to connect with the veterans in their community.
Congressman Moulton, an Iraq war veteran and former U.S. Marine, will provide remarks, along with several guest speakers from the community.

Veterans in the audience will be invited to speak as well.
