4. This Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. will be the next Women's Business Council Meeting at the . Join the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce and their guest speaker Colonel Marian McGovern, Superintendent of the Massachusetts State Police. She is the first woman to hold this office. Colonel McGovern will give some interesting insight into her career.
5. There will be a Masonic Blood Drive today at the Masonic Hall at Main and Newton streets from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m. Hosted by the American Red Cross, this is an opportunity for folks to give the (currently much needed) gift of life to those in need.
