1. Today will be mostly-sunny with a high of 78 degrees and a chance of showers after 2 p.m., says the National Weather Service

2. is kicking off its Education Showcase with a murder mystery coffee breakfast tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 7:45 a.m. This is just what it sounds like: In conjunction with the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce, participants will have the opportunity to figure out who the "killer" is at the high school. This fun exercise is $10 for Chamber members; $15 at the door, and $20 for non-members; $25 at the door. 

3. Vestas Technology R&D Americas, Inc. here in Marlborough is being considered by the Patrick Administration today for grant funding that would help them expand their research as the North American hub for electric power generators. Vestas is the global leader in developing wind turbines. The company would use the money to expand their facilities here in Marlborough.

4. The city's water and sewer billing office has moved to the Municipal Garage, 135 Neil St. See the details here
