1. Expect partly-sunny skies today with a high of 77 degrees, says the National Weather Service.
2. This weekend in Marlborough there will be the "One Big Yard Sale." Families and neighborhoods across the city will be hosting great sales. Marlborough Patch will be posting a column later today listing the various events. 3. The Marlborough Economic Development Corporation has released its master plan for the city. With more than 400 pages, the MEDC outlines future plans for the business and economic development of the city. Here is a link to download the file.

4. The Marlborough Heritage Festival will be held on Main St. this Sunday, Oct. 2. This event will give residents an opportunity to enjoy a fall morning with their neighbors, offering many activities for the kids, a chowder contest and much more.
