1. The National Weather Service says it is going to be sunny with a high of 82 degrees today.

2. Do you have questions or concerns regarding Social Security? If so, join the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce for an informational presentation by Stephen P. Richardson, Regional Public Affairs Specialist from SS Administration & the Office of the Regional Commissioner. The event will be held in the Chamber conference room, 11 Florence St., from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Bring Your Own Lunch. $15 per person. 3. The Coffee Loft at 406 Lincoln St. will celebrate their grand opening Friday, Sept. 16 through Sunday, Sept. 18 with a juried art exhibition. The business is looking for local artists to submit a coffee-themed piece of work to submit during the show. A $200 first prize will be awarded to the winner. (See attached PDF for more details)

4. Projeto Nós Votamos, with the support of the Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition and the Ya Es Hora !Ciudadania! Campaign will conduct a U.S. Citizenship Workshop on Saturday, Aug. 20, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at the Assembly of God Church, 373 Lincoln St. The goal of the workshop is to help eligible legal permanent residents to apply for U.S. citizenship. For more information, applicants may call (508) 534-VOTE or e-mail nosvotamos@verizon.net.

5. The Marlborough EDC has all sorts of calendar events scheduled for this weekend, including the Farmers Market on Wayside Inn Road at 10 a.m.
