Arrests at the Mall in Marlborough

Thursday, Aug. 8

10:44 a.m.: Police arrested Daniel F. Roberge, 49, homeless was arrested on a warrant.

2:34 p.m.: Police arrested Joseph Jenney, 50, of 276 Main Street Apt. 12 on Main Street on charges of assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

3:14 p.m.: A car accident was reported from Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

4:29 p.m.: Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle was reported from The Crossings Condominiums on Boston Post Road East.

5:09 p.m.: Shoplifting was reported from Victoria’s Secret on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

7:44 p.m.: Assault was reported from Barnard Road.

9:48 p.m.: Police arrested Raymond J. Jarvis, 65, of 148 Barnard Road on Barnard Road on charges of assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon.

10:07 p.m.: Police arrested Insharrah Tuttle, 40, of 50 Turnpike Road Apt. 18 in Southborough at Target on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard on charges of shoplifting by asportation.

Friday, Aug. 9

1:12 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Weed Street.

4:04 a.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided on Shawmut Avenue.
