"This class is open to students of all levels. One of the reasons that my students like my classes is that I am generous. I don't keep my techniques secret. I experiment with you, try out techniques, and share everything I know as well as the stuff I don't. You see my goal is not to teach you to paint like me but to teach you to paint like you. I believe in you and know that once you learn a new way of seeing and experimenting that you will discover your own visual language. Watercolor is such a beautiful medium with so many different styles that can be embraced. Everyone says it is a hard medium for any number of reasons. I say embrace the mistakes and explore the mystery by jumping in. I will show you how you can conquer your fears and find your true voice." - Sandra

Loosen Up with Watercolor (Intermediate/Advanced)
Enjoy experimentation in a supportive community of artists while you bring your artistic expression to the next level. Go beyond the fundamentals of watercolor and get in touch with your inner artist. Each week participants will work on their own body of work after a brief introductory question/discussion provided by the instructor based on the dynamic of the group. Every class will have time allotted for (voluntary) group critique. Sandra will facilitate a positive and supportive environment where each artist has a voice and is encouraged to share and grow at their own pace. Painting alongside other trusted artists and friends is an invaluable experience not to be missed.

This playful and interactive pop-up class is designed for children in grades 1-5, blending traditional yoga and aerial yoga with valuable breathing techniques, mindfulness skills, and coping strategies.
Interested in our kids’ classes, but want your child to try it first? This playdate is the perfect opportunity to experience our kids’ aerial yoga program before committing. Our expert instructors will guide your kiddo through a 45-minute yoga and aerial yoga session, helping them build strength, confidence, and focus—all while having a blast.
No experience necessary. Friends and siblings are welcome! Current members can use make-up credits to attend.

*POP-UP* Aerial Yoga Playdate For Kids (Grades 1-5)

Local residents of all ages from communities across the central MA and MetroWest&nbsp;region are invited to come together to honor Dr. King’s legacy. We will focus on how to live Dr. King’s dream today through dialogue that promotes belonging for all.RSVP at tinyurl.com/MLK2026WB
 This year’s theme is “From Dreams to Dialogue: Creating a Community Where all Belong” and will feature facilitated conversation for teens and adults, led by Dr. Kalise Wornum. Children are invited to a special interactive program taking place at the same time, developed by Westborough’s Pre-K-8th grade Social Studies Curriculum Coordinator, Tara Gestrich, and students from Westborough High School’s Black Student Union. 
The event is one of only a few MLK Day celebrations being held in the central MA and MetroWest region and will feature a community potluck dinner. Attendees are invited to bring a special dish to share. Members of the WHS Fine Arts Strings Quartet will welcome attendees into the event and the evening will conclude with a special performance by Learning First Charter School's STOMP Team. 
Live language interpretation will be available with pre-registration by January 7th.

Back by popular demand! Enjoy 3 full hours of guilt-free kid-free time while your child takes off on an aerial adventure! Their magical evening will begin with an aerial yoga class, where they’ll practice poses, stretch their bodies, and feel the thrill of defying gravity in a safe and supportive environment.
After their aerial fun, they’ll enjoy a tasty snack break, while we transform the studio into a cozy cinema in the sky! Kids will relax in their silks or on our crash mats and bolsters, snuggle up with yoga blankets while they watch Inside Out 2, which highlights that no matter what stage of life we are in, we will experience new emotions and that it is ok to feel messy sometimes!
No aerial yoga experience necessary.
