Cancer Claims Two and WWII Veteran Dies

Melody Rene Bohl, of Newtonville, Massachusetts died October 25 in Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston after an intense three month battle with cancer.

Elaine E. Gesell, 73, of Westborough, died on Thursday, October 25 at the Beaumont Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Northborough after a courageous battle with cancer.

Richard C. (Dick) McCleary passed away on October 26 at age 87. The cause of death was interstitial lung disease. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Francesca, four children, Rita, Richard, Gregory, and Louise, and three grandchildren. He served in World War II and taught as a professor.
