The Friends of the Marlborough Public Library are celebrating their 46th season of presenting free programs at the library.

The Friends of the Marlborough Public Library are celebrating their 46th season of presenting free programs at the library in all of the performing arts--the only non-profit organization in Marlborough to do so. Go to The Friends website: www.mpl-friends.org to get an overview of The Friends and their upcoming programs.

The Marlborough Public Library Foundation is presently organizing a major fund raising programs to support the plans by the MPL Board of Trustees to build a new Marlborough Public Library. The location has not been determined yet but suffice it to say that this will be a tremendous boost to the educational scene in Marlborough and the development of a major community center that will attract many diverse people using the library.
