Feb. 4-6: Police Make an Array of OUI, Assault Arrests Over the Weekend

Friday:

8:19 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident is reported at Karol Landscaping, 250 Maple St.

9:55 a.m.: Nathaniel J. Martin, 48, of 39 Boylston St., was taken into custody at Marlborough District Court, 45 Williams St., for violating an abuse prevention order.

12:28 p.m.: Police take a report of a harassment order violation at Marlborough Court Condominiums, 35 Hosmer St.

2:10 p.m.: Evergreen Solar/Microbac Laboratories/Star Sea, 138 Bartlett St., reported annoying phone calls. 

4:51 p.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries reported at Donald J. Lynch Blvd. and Bigelow St. 

6:07 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries is reported at Piccadilly Pub, 587 Bolton St.

8:49 p.m.: In the course of responding to an assistance call at 694 Farm Rd., police arrest Matthew S. Hohne, 51, of 740 Farm Rd. Apt. 106, on his second OUI offense. 

9:24 p.m.: Officers respond to TGI Fridays at the Solomon Pond Mall, 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., and arrest Iury Vieira DeSouza, 18, of 230 Lincoln St. Apt. 1, on charges of assault and battery and larceny from a person. 

10:46 p.m.: A sudden death is reported at 62 Summit Ave.

Saturday:

2:29 a.m.: Noe O. Perdomo-Barrientos, 31, of 2 Silver St. APt. 4, was arrested on assault and battery charges after police responded to call at 2 Silver St. Apt. 4.

2:55 p.m.: A motor vehicle accident with injuries is reported at Sears, 521 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

3:38 p.m.: Officers respond to Countryside Village, 450 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. A508 and subsequently arrest Robert Pescosolido, 29, of 25 America St., Framingham, on charges of assault and battery. 

Sunday: 

1:38 a.m.: During the course of a motor vehicle stop at Cotting Ave. and Granger Blvd., police arrest Luis Fernando Maldonado, 33, of 72 Rice St. Apt. B, for a red light violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and an outstanding warrant.

2:25 a.m.: Tobey A. Richards, 22, of 15 Legion Way, Northbridge, is arrested in the vicinity of Lakeshore Dr. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol (OUI).

4:37 a.m.: A report is taken at police headquarters concerning an injured police officer. 

10:58 a.m.: Jenna N. Sheppard, 19, 60 E. Main St. Apt. 5, is arrested on two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon. 

2:44 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident at Lakeside Ave. and Landry Dr.

5:57 p.m.: A missing person is reported at 11 Montanari Dr. 

10:08 p.m.: The MPD respond to a hazmat incident at the Marlborough Fire Department, 215 Maple St.
