Historic Marlborough Hotel On The Market For $4M

MARLBOROUGH, MA — A mixed-use building on Main Street in Marlborough has officially hit the market.

The Macdonald Hotel Rooming House is listed for $4.05 million by Northeast Private Client Group. The hotel at 270 Main St. has 37 rooms, one studio and two one-bedroom units and four retail spots.

It is home to Construction Monitoring, Fame Hair Design, Emporium Brazil and ECH Cell.

The building has also gotten a number of improvements over the years, including its roof, fire system and bathrooms.
