MARLBOROUGH, MA — It's spring-cleaning time at Marlborough's city-owned cemetery.

The city is asking residents to remove decorations and flowers from graves at the city-owned cemetery by the end of the day on Sunday. After that, the city may remove and dispose of anything left behind.

Marlborough operates the cemeteries at 135 Wilson St. Although most decorations and flowers are allowed on graves, the city does have rules and regulations for what can adorn grave sites.
