Man Allegedly Takes Anger Out on Ex's TV
A Marlborough man has been charged with a felony after he allegedly kicked an ex-girlfriend's TV.

A man has been charged with felony breaking and entering after he allegedly broke into an ex-girlfriends apartment and took his anger out on her 40 inch TV.
Police arrested William F. Lopez-Beundia, 27, of 35 Sumner Street Apt. 1 on Pleasant Street Friday night on charges of entering a dwelling at night for a felony and wanton destruction of more than $250 in property.
According to court documents, the incident began earlier that evening when an intoxicated Lopez-Beundia encountered a former girlfriend and her children at the carnival. It was then that he reportedly told her "he was going to take the kids away for good," according to court documents.

When the woman returned home she founds two mirrors and a 40 inch TV valued at $400 smashed. She called police who went looking for Lopez-Beundia. When they found him he reportedly said to police "I'm in trouble, I know."
"Mr. Lopez also said he lost his mind and wanted to take it out on (the ex-girlfriend)'s personal property," said Marlborough Police Officer Kenneth McKenzie.

Lopez-Beundia said he had a few beers that night. He was arrested and released on $540 bail.
