Marlborough Man Charged With Cocaine Trafficking
A Marlborough man was apprehended late last week and charged with trafficking cocaine.
MARLBOROUGH, MA - A Marlborough man was charged with trafficking cocaine into Massachusetts, according to a news release from the United States Attorney's Office.
A source was arrested on March 5 for reportedly arranging the purchase of three kilograms of cocaine from Ricardo Guzman, 38. According to the charging documents, the same source bought 499 grams from him in Marlborough in January.
Police followed Guzman to another planned meetup with the source and arrested him. They searched his truck and found three-and-a-half kilograms of suspected cocaine.

Guzman is charged with one count of distribution and possession with intent to distribute cocaine and one count of possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.
