Marlborough Man Pleads Guilty To Child Pornography Charges
A Marlborough man plead guilty in federal court in Boston to two child pornography distribution and possession charges.
MARLBOROUGH, MA - A Marlborough man pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston to possession and distributing child pornography, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.
Larry Stephen, 46, of Marlborough is scheduled for sentencing on June 26. He was indicted in August 2023 by a federal grand jury after his arrest that July.
Authorities concluded Stephen used an unnamed social media platform to receive and post child pornography. On June 7, 2023, police searched his Marlborough residence and seized his cell phone. They found Stephen had saved and posted images and videos of child pornography on the aforementioned social media site.

The possession of and distribution of child pornography charges Stephen faces each carries a sentence of at least five years and up to 20 years in prison, at least five years and up to a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.
