May 19: Local Man Back in Trouble on Vandalism Charges

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Thursday, May 19, 2011. All arrests are reported.

8:35 a.m.: An act of larceny is reported at 72 Cedar Hill St.

9:23 a.m.: Police investigate a disturbance at the Bigelow School, 57 Orchard St.

9:56 a.m.: Zachary S. Lodi, 28, of 100 Church St., is arrested at , 355 Bolton St., for vandalism with seven counts of tagging property. Lodi was arrested earlier this year for a .

10:29 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued in a motor vehicle stop in the area of Roma's Bakery, 39 Mechanic St. 6:43 p.m.: Services are rendered when officers receive the same report from the same address.

1:56 p.m.: An auto theft is reported to police at 898 Concord Rd.

4:34 p.m.: Officers investigate threats made at 50 Sherwood Dr. N.

6:47 p.m.: Police file a report after responding to a domestic disturbance at 214 West Main St.
