9:18 a.m.: Police respond to the Quality Inn to serve warrants. Oscar Oswaldo Garcia, 42, Broad Street, Marlborough, was arrested and charged with possession to distribute of Class B drug , conspiracy to violate drug law, possession of class B drug. Kristina M.
