New Marlborough School Hosting Community-Wide College Fair
The New England Innovation Academy will open its doors in May to students from Marlborough and beyond for the fair.
MARLBOROUGH, MA — A new private school based in Marlborough focused on design and technology will host its first ever college fair in May, offering students from nearby communities the chance to meet with representatives from top colleges across the country.

New England Innovation Academy, the nation’s first human-centered design middle and high school, has announced its first college fair, to be held on May 4 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in collaboration with Colleges That Change Lives. The event, which is open to the public, is a night of connection, community and being known.

"NEIA is excited that our first college fair will be a collaboration with the Colleges That Change Lives consortium," said Marie Assir, NEIA’s Director of College Counseling. "These institutions are committed to creating a college experience that is truly transformative, and we believe that this event will be an invaluable resource for students and families who are looking for a college that will help them grow academically, personally, and socially."
Colleges in attendance include: Bard College, Beloit College, Clark University, Hampshire College, Ohio Wesleyan University, and Ursinus College. Colleges That Change Lives focuses on helping students find a college that develops a lifelong love of learning and provides the foundation for a successful and fulfilling life beyond college.

Attendees will have an opportunity to meet with admission representatives, learn more about the unique opportunities and programs offered at each institution and discover which colleges might be the best fit for their personal and academic goals.
