11:34 p.m.: John P. Kalagian, 37, of 61 Fairmount St., Apt. 7, is arrested during a disturbance at the Cozy Cafe, 487 Lincoln St. He is charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and second offense carrying a dangerous weapon.
