5:20 p.m.: After threats are reported at the Victorian Guest House, 39 Newton St., Apt. 6, officers respond and arrest Jamie J. McCourt, 53, of 39 Newton St., Apt. 13, on an outstanding warrant.

8:06 p.m.: During a citizen assist call at , 157 Union St., Shawn Patrick Higgins, 43, of 31 High St., Hudson, is taken into protective custody and charged with disturbing the peace.
9:26 p.m.: Vasu Saripella, 34, of 40 Briarwood Ln., Apt. 4, is arrested at the , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., and is charged with sex offenses including indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over. Saripella is an employee of the Dollar Store in the mall and was arrested when he indecently assaulted a female customer, said police.
9:59 p.m.: Diogo Alves Nascimento, 23, of 319 East Main St., Apt. F2, is arrested at the Cider Hill Condominiums, 188 Boston Post Rd. E., and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
