The Point In Marlborough Sold For $65 Million

The sale sets a high mark for the Central Massachusetts for the amount of the sale.

MARLBOROUGH, MA—A residential community off Brigham Street in Marlborough sold recently for an amount that could set the record for a high sale in Central Massachusetts, according to reports.

The Point at Marlborough, formerly known as Jefferson at Wheeler Hill and Heights at Wheeler Hill, sold for $65 million by Strategic Partners U.S. to Pantzer Properties, which is based in New York, reports the Worcester Business Journal. Pantzer also owns The Point in Hudson.
