Police Log: Homeless Man Arrested on Assault, Battery Charge
The following information is provided by the Marlborough Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Thursday, Dec. 26
11:04 a.m.: A theft was reported at Target on Boston Post Road East.
12:18 p.m.: Vandalism was reported at Countryside Village.
1:24 p.m.: A theft was reported at a home on Preston Street.
1:41 p.m.: Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Ringold Street. Police arrested Wilfredo DeJesus, 44, who is homeless, on a charge of assault and battery.
Friday, Dec. 27
6:28 a.m.: Police pulled over a vehicle at Holiday Inn on Lakeside Avenue. Eduardo Chaclan, 22, of 68 Broad St., Apt. 1, Marlborough, on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop or yield, and a warrant.
