Two Kids Hospitalized In Nantucket Crash
Two 12-year-old boys were walking on a bike path when they were injured in a two-car collision at Surfside Rd. and Miacomet Ave.
NANTUCKET, MA — Nantucket police responded to a two-car crash Wednesday that sent two young pedestrians to the hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.
Two SUVs collided at the intersection of Surfside Road and Miacomet Avenue, a witness told the Inquirer and Mirror. One of the cars hit two 12-year-old boys who were on a bike path nearby.
The boys were taken to Nantucket Cottage Hospital, where the Nantucket Fire Department says they're being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
