Accused Brazilian Murderer Arrested On Martha's Vineyard
Police said Luciano Rocha, of Brazil, was involved in a 2017 murder. He was found in Oak Bluffs, where police said he worked as a roofer.
OAK BLUFFS, MA — A Brazilian man wanted for murder was arrested on Martha's Vineyard in Oak Bluffs, police announced Wednesday. Luciano Rocha, 47, was charged in connection with a murder-for-hire incident in Brazil in 2017. Police said he was found in Oak Bluffs working as a roofer and arrested last week.
