A Latin dance party, a quartet for a queen, and a Holiday Fair are on today's schedule

 2. The MV Dems meeting is at in West Tisbury today. Topics for the meeting will include Occupy Wall Street and the Super Committee. 9 am - 10:30 a.m. Free

4. Arnold Rabin’s new play, The will be performed at the tonight. Leslie J. Stark will direct a cast of Vineyard performers. Open to the public. Donations accepted but not required. Co-sponsored by the West Tisbury Library. No seating after the performance begins at 6:30 p.m. For information, call 508-693-3366.

5. There is a Latin Party tonight at the Harbor Café in Vineyard Haven (in the same building at the Shell Gas Station). There will be dinner followed by dancing to all types of Latin music like: Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Forro, Samba, Zouk and Calypso. Dinner starts at 7:30 pm; dancing starts at 8:30 pm. Free.
