  3. The Island Housing Trust is hosting a homebuyer training on today at the (346 State Road) in Vineyard Haven. The training is being offered as part of the application process for the purchase of four affordable energy efficient homes on Lake Street being administered by the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority. Anyone interested in applying for the green affordable homes on Lake Street or the USDA government loans are invited to attend the training. 5:00
  4. The is having some behind the scenes construction next week to update equipment, install new items and replace some flooring. They will be closed Monday 11/14, Tuesday 11/15, Wednesday 11/16 and reopen Thursday 11/17 for dinner.
