- The Island Housing Trust is hosting a homebuyer training on today at the (346 State Road) in Vineyard Haven. The training is being offered as part of the application process for the purchase of four affordable energy efficient homes on Lake Street being administered by the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority. Anyone interested in applying for the green affordable homes on Lake Street or the USDA government loans are invited to attend the training. 5:00
