Made by Chilmark summer resident, David Modigliani of Flow Nonfiction, this touching video about Chilmark patriarch Albert (Ozzie) Fischer was part of Mr. Fischer's memorial service this past weekend.
Fischer who was a farmer, husband, father, former Chilmark selectman and longtime member of the Martha’s Vineyard Agricultural Society, passed away last July at the age of 96. The video features interviews Modigliani did with Fischer in 2005 and is a wonderful tribute to an important, well loved and much missed member of the Island community.
