First Parish Unitarian Church Welcomes New Minister, Opens for Services
The Rev. Meg Soens is the new minister of the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church in Medfield.

Services begin Sunday at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church on North Street in Medfield, under a new minister.
The Rev. Meg Soens, shown left of the new sign, began her settled ministry at First Parish on Aug. 1, according to a press release. She lives in Lexington and is a graduate of Andover-Newton Theological School. Most recently, she was acting minister at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Reading. Alison Streit Baron, also of Lexington, shown at right in the photo, is the new director of religious education.
Church services begin Sunday at 10 a.m. Child care is available. Unitarian Universalism especially welcomes explorers conducting a free and responsible search for truth and meaning.
