Ice, Plywood, Strays, Harrassment, and More

Here is a look at the Medfield police logs for Dec. 9 and Dec. 10.
 
Monday, Dec. 9

4:41 p.m., North Meadows Road. Police discovered the yellow light at Route 27 and Dale Street northbound was out. The traffic light company was contacted.

5:21 p.m., Main Street. Caller said a blue Mercedes pulled out of a bank parking lot and was causing a traffic problem. Police looked up plate number but there was no listing. Caller said the car then went into the Memorial School lot. 

6:36 p.m., North Street. Caller said she had a stray cat at her house. Animal Control was notified. 

Tuesday, Dec. 10 

7:53 a.m., North and Dale Streets. Traffic enforcement. Two citations issued.

8:45 a.m., North Street. Caller reported icy sidewalks near Memorial School where her mother-in-law fell. DPW was notified.

9:10 a.m., Main Street and Millbrook Road. Caller said someone dropped plywood on Main Street near Millbrook Road. DPW responded.

9:22 a.m., High Street. Caller said she is receiving harassing phone calls from a person wanting to fix her computer and they are very vulgar. 

11:03 a.m., Harding Street. Caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in her driveway. Police said the car was dropped off at the wrong house by the mechanic. The car was returned to the correct house. 

5:22 p.m., South Street. Caller said he had a stray dog. Animal Control was notified.

8:38 p.m., North Meadows Road. Caller reported a suspicious vehicle (black pickup) in the parking lot of a business that is closed. Police said it was gone on arrival.
