It's been nearly three months since the lights went out at the former <a href="https://medfield.patch.com/topics/lords-department-store-closing" rel="nofollow">Lord's Department Store</a>. Today, new owner <a href="https://medfield.patch.com/topics/Salvatore" rel="nofollow">Greg Salvatore of Salvatore Capital Partners</a>, says he is close to signing a new tenant. "We're closer to hopefully introducing a client that will be taking over the entire property," said Salvatore, who is also bringing <a href="https://medfield.patch.com/topics/Starbucks" rel="nofollow">Starbucks</a> to downtown Medfield.  "I'm hoping that we will be able to jointly -- us as the developer and the tenant -- be able to make a statement saying 'This is the type of use'" that will be in there, he said. "Hopefully, that will be soon."
