38 Studios Raises $713k for Rhode Island

Ongoing sales of one of the company's video games has needed some money for Rhode Island.

 

According to a story in GoLocalProv.com, Rhode Island has netted $713,000 from the 38 Studios -- owned by Curt Schilling of Medfield -- debacle, thanks to ongoing sales of one of the failed company's video games.

In October, an auction raised $650,000 toward the company's outstanding debt of more than $75 million.
