Members Needed for Superintendent Search Committee
The last day to submit an application (attached here) is Jan. 28.

The Medfield School Committee continues to seek community members to join the Superintendent Search Committee to replace current Superintendent Robert Maguire who will retire at the end of June.
Anyone interested in serving on the search committee should fill out the attached application and send it to Debra Nochese, Chair, School Committee, Medfield Public Schools, 459 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Medfield, no later than Jan. 28.

The first meeting of the search committee will be Feb. 28. The committee is expected to spend 40 to 50 hours over four weeks in late afternoon and evenings) to make final recommendations to the School Committee on March 18.

According to a letter sent to the public on Jan. 8:
This committee will be comprised of approximately 10 members representing various stakeholders throughout the Medfield community and your representation is needed. If you wish to volunteer for this committee, it is imperative you participate in all committee meetings.
The charge of the Search Committee is to evaluate candidate applications, identify candidates to be interviewed, participate in interviews and as a committee recommend candidates to the School Committee for further consideration.
