Should Dog Walkers be Fined at Vine Lake Cemetery in Medfield?
Let us know what you think in our latest poll.

Two signs currently posted at either entrance of Vine Lake Cemetery in Medfield indicate that dog walking is prohibited on cemetery grounds.
But recently, officials expressed a more stringent penalty for those who are caught walking their dogs in the cemetery.
Specifically, officials with the Medfield Department of Public Works and Medfield Cemetery Commission recommended to the Medfield Board of Selectmen that a $50 fine be issued to first-time offenders and $100 fines be issued to subsequent offenders. The signs would also be updated to reflect the fines.
