If elected, what would your top priority be?

The three major issues facing the city, outside of our financial constraints, are aging police and fire, aging public works departments, and outdated technology for our schools. Our police and firefighters are unable to due their jobs correctly. Our public works department suffers from the same problems as our police and fire departments; aging equipment, lack of manpower and dilapidated public works buildings. Though our schools are new, our technology is outdated. In order to stay current, we need, at the least, to have the most up to date technology available to our teachers and students.
