McGlynn, D'Antonio Set for Election; Fells and Garage Meetings Tonight

Good morning, here's five things to know today:

Mayor Michael McGlynn will face challenger Anthony D'Antonio in the general election in November. The two advanced after a primary held Tuesday that elminated John Byers. 

Garage Meeting Tonight: The community development board will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. at tonight to discuss the proposed 4-story parking garage.

Fells Meeting, Too: The DCR will present a draft Resource Management Plan, the culmination of a six-month public process.The plan aims to as a guide for management of the Fells, and sets priorities for staff and finances. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Auditorium.

Warm, Maybe T-Storms: Temperatures are expected to be in the mid-80s again today, with a 20 percent chance of thunderstorms, according to the National Weather Service. It's expected to be cooler tomorrow with rain.
