Police Log: Man Faces OUI Charge for Third Time

A Somerville man faces a charge of operating under the influence of liquore for the third time following a traffic stop in Medford Friday, according to police.

Sean Winters, 44, of Somerville, was stopped on Cushing Street about 10 p.m. Friday for a lights violation and was subsequently arrested on a charge of third offense operating under the influence of liquor, according to the Medford Police log.

Winters was one of three people arrested between Oct. 14 and Oct. 16.
