If elected, what would your top priority be on the school committee?

For many years now, advocating on the behalf of students, teachers and administration has been my passion. I am who students contact when their sport team or language class is in jeopardy of being cut due to funding.  I teach them to go to budget meetings and advocate to keep the programs they need to be successful.  I am the person our teachers call when they would like to go to professional development but their department does not have the funds, or they need white boards or supplies for their classrooms.  I convince parents to be active participants in their Childs education by coming to budget meetings.
