Schools Working on Tribute to Campbell

Boston.com reports the tribute could be presented near the end of the school year.

Medford Public Schools are planning a tribute to 2001 Medford High School graduate at the Boston Marathon, according to Boston.com.

Superintendent Roy Belson told Boston.com the tribute would likely be presented near graduation or at the end of the school year, saying they want to give the Campbell family "a little bit of time first."

Campbell was one of three people killed in the attacks. Her funeral was held Monday at St. Joseph's Church in Medford and she was later laid to rest at Oak Grove Cemetery.
