Mayor Michael J. McGlynn has been notified that Medford native Dale Hamilton-Powers, Director of Administration for the Boston Bruins, will be bringing the Stanley Cup.
Thursday, October 20, 2011, the Cup will be at LoConte Rink, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Players, coaches and management of the Stanley Cup winning team gets to spend a day with the cup and Hamilton-Powers was invited to have a day with the trophy.
This visit will provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have your photograph taken with the Stanley Cup.

A donation of $20.00 will enable you to have your picture taken with the Stanley Cup and enter you into a "Bruins Memorabilia" raffle.
Proceeds will benefit Medford Youth Hockey and the Pancreatic Cancer Research Center at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Fans are asked to bring their own cameras. The Stanley Cup is on a tight schedule and will leave LoConte Rink at 5 p.m. sharp.
