Good morning, here are five things to know today:
Mayor Michael McGlynn gave his annual State of the City Address to local business people and officials during a luncheon at Century Bank Tuesday. He talked about the Green Line Extension, the Governors Avenue parking garage, what he expects to get from the Fast14 project contract, and more.
High-tech pharmacutical company Progenika has moved its U.S. lab and offices from Cambridge to Medford. Patxi Lopez, the president of the Basque region of Spain, was among the officials - Along with Mayor Michael McGlynn and State Rep. Paul Donato - to tour the new 8,700 square foot facility, which includes three labs and office space.

Police Chief Leo Sacco led city councilors on a tour of the building Tuesday night, taking them through evidence storage rooms ruined by flood and a broken gun range. He showed them black mold on ceilings, unusable holding cells, and asbestos falling from boiler pipes nearly 50 years old.
4. Heavy Rain Likely: There's an 80 percent chance of rain today, most likely after 2 p.m., according to the National Weather Service. Highs in the upper-50s.
