Monday, March 17

1:52 p.m. — Michael Daley, 56, of 6 Bates St., Saugus, was arrested on the charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct after a report of a disturbance on 585 Lebanon St.
2:37 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident in the vicinity of Lincoln School on 80 West Wyoming Ave. Report taken.

Tuesday, March 18

1:21 p.m. — Mary Margaret Tremblay, 30, of 6 Michael Drive, Danvers, will be summonsed on the charge of assault and battery after a report of an assault at Lincoln School on 80 West Wyoming Ave.
9:30 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance on 1159 Main St. Report taken.

Wednesday, March 19

7:51 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident in the vicinity of 106 West Foster St. Report taken.
8:29 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism at Orthodontics of Melrose on 21 East Emerson St. Report taken.

Thursday, March 20

4:32 a.m. — Gwendolyn Banks, 24, of 42 Maple St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery on a police officer, and resisting arrest after a report of a disturbance at Melrose Wakefield Hospital on 585 Lebanon St.
8:54 p.m. — Joseph Brown, 39, of 80 Home St., Malden, will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a motor vehicle stop at Starbucks Coffee on 521 Main St. Vehicle towed.

Friday, March 21

11:29 a.m. — Osvaldo Torres, 26, of 528 Ferry St., Everett, will be summonsed on the charge of operating an uninsured and unregistered motor vehicle after a report of a parking complaint on 44 West Wyoming Ave. Vehicle towed.
11:53 a.m. — Victor Hugo De Meira Pereira, 24, of 457 Pleasant St., will be summonsed on the charges of operating an uninsured and unlicensed motor vehicle at Melrose Diner on 44 West Wyoming Ave. Vehicle Towed.

Sunday, March 23

2:14 a.m. — Richard Dewling, 24, of 13 Montgomery St., Saugus, will be summonsed on the charges of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, destruction of property more than $1,200, carrying a dangerous weapon, speeding, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lane violation after a motor vehicle accident on 594 Franklin St.
8:58 a.m. — Teresa Sanchez, 55, of 45 Beech Ave., will be summoned on the charge of defacing property after a report of a disturbance in the vicinity of 27 Malvern St.
