Thursday, Jan. 2
12:01 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Fellsway East. Report taken.
9:51 a.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism on 1 Orchard Lane. Report taken.
5:31 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of Melrose Street.

Friday, Jan. 3

1:59 p.m. — Police responded to a report of vandalism on 22 Corey St. Report taken.
6:38 p.m. — Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on 53 Sanford St. Report taken.

Saturday, Jan. 4

1:28 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a noise ordinance violation in the vicinity of 37 Leonard Road.
2:54 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Melrose Care Center Nursing Home on 40 Martin St.

Sunday, Jan. 5

1:34 a.m. — Joseph Benjamin, 38, of 262 Franklin St., will be summonsed on the charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle after a motor vehicle tow in the vicinity of 237 Franklin St.
9:36 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault at Garden Remedies on 732 Newburyport Turnpike. Report taken.

Monday, Jan. 6

2:43 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a disturbance on 36 Warren St.
