How Melrose Residents Can Dump Christmas Trees
Residents have two options for getting rid of their Christmas trees.

MELROSE, MA — Residents will be able to dump their Christmas trees in the coming weeks.
The Department of Public Works is doing a curbside collection of Christmas trees beginning Monday, Jan. 3, to Friday, Jan. 14. They will be collected on everyone's regularly scheduled recycling days.
Residents are asked to remove all decorations, including lights and tree stands. Trees cannot be wrapped in plastic.
