Melrose High School Band Plans Christmas Tree Sale

The tree sale is back this year featuring trees, wreaths and more.

MELROSE, MA — Melrose community members needing a Christmas tree can buy one from the Melrose High School Marching Band later this week as the band marks the return of its annual Christmas Tree Sale.

The event is set to run on Friday and Saturday of this week. The sale will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday before reopening at 8 a.m. on Saturday. The sale will continue on Saturday until all trees are sold.

The annual tree sale is the band’s biggest annual fundraiser, backing various instrument and uniform purchases through the year. Proceeds from the sale also support scholarships and staffing costs for the marching band.
